The Housing Partnership Network’s results-oriented business model has sparked the formation of innovative social enterprises that enhance the performance of the housing sector. From creative lending programs and insurance to homeownership counseling and neighborhood stabilization, these entrepreneurial businesses increase member productivity, scale and ability to respond to the needs of the communities in which they work.
The Network has also helped launch four independent companies, including two which have been spun off – the Gulf Coast Housing Partnership and the National Community Stabilization Trust. Each demonstrates the power of our partnership model to forge bold and effective responses to national crises.
