A Look Inside Our Narrative Research
The Housing Partnership Network commissioned this narrative change research to understand how people think and talk about housing and where there's an opportunity to shift that conversation toward solutions. This report presents the findings from that research, conducted by the University of Florida's Center for Public Interest Communications, and makes them publicly available as a contribution to the broader housing field.
While the report includes analysis specific to HPN's work, the research itself reflects trends, themes, and audience insights that extend well beyond any single organization. We believe this analysis can inform narrative strategies across housing advocacy, policy, and community engagement efforts.
The housing field benefits when we're transparent about what we're learning and how we're thinking about communication. We hope this report sparks useful conversations and helps strengthen narrative work across the sector.
