Yadira Simmons
Yadira “Yari” Simmons joined HPN in 2021 and was promoted to Director of Asset Management and Legal Services in 2024. She oversees asset management reporting, compliance, loan closings, and corporate documentation for HPN’s lending platforms. Yari has structured and closed over $1 billion in affordable housing and community development transactions across programs including HUD, LIHTC, NMTC, RAD, USDA, FHA, and GSE financing.
Before joining HPN, she spent 14+ years in affordable housing finance, leading complex closings, developing new loan products, and advancing initiatives in multifamily, special needs, and community development lending. Yari holds a BBA in Finance and an MBA in Finance and Fraud.
