Simone Pope
Simone Pope supports various initiatives of the Affordable Housing and Consumer Empowerment team with a focus on resident services and economic mobility.
Before joining HPN in December 2021, Ms. Pope worked as Recycling Program Associate in Baltimore City's Department of Public Works, where she collaborated with other City departments and local organizations to promote and facilitate waste reduction and recovery.
Ms. Pope holds a Bachelor's degree in Community, Environment and Development from The Pennsylvania State University. In addition, she also serves on the Board of Advisors for Zawadi Fund international, an American-based nonprofit organization dedicated to financially supporting the Kenyan non-profit Children and Youth Empowerment Centre.
