Lisa Avinger joined HPN in September 2026 as Philanthropy Operations and Grants Manager. Before HPN, she held grants and revenue management roles at Entrepreneurship for All and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Her experience includes grant tracking, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and data management. Lisa holds a B.S. in Public Health and Nonprofit Management from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
