J.R. Tilson

J.R. Tilson joined Housing Partnership Network in September 2026 as a Senior Loan Officer. In this role, he works with members and partners to provide financing solutions that support housing development and preservation.

He brings more than a decade of experience in housing and commercial real estate finance, including roles with FC Bank, RED Capital Group and CBRE’s National Tax Credit Advisory Group. His experience spans multifamily and commercial real estate lending, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) financing, and LIHTC property and investment transactions.

J.R. holds a J.D. and M.B.A. from The Ohio State University and is a U.S. Army veteran. He lives in Central Ohio with his family.
