Inshira Bediako
Inshira Bediako is the Associate for Affordable Housing and Consumer Empowerment at HPN, where she supports housing counseling and resident service initiatives with a focus on grant implementation and oversight. A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, she holds a B.A. in Global Studies with a minor in Africana Studies from the University of Tennessee. Her early experiences in East Tennessee and her work as a refugee case manager shaped her commitment to housing and economic justice. Before joining HPN, Inshira was a Bill Emerson National Hunger Fellow, working on SNAP policy in Tulsa, OK and Washington, D.C. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time with loved ones, and being outdoors.
