Emauri Watson

Emauri Watson joined the Housing Partnership Network in January of 2025 as an Associate on the Capital Markets team supporting the development and execution of capital strategies that advance affordable housing across HPN’s national network.

Prior to joining HPN, Emauri served as a Maternal Health Program Manager at NET Health, where she partnered with public health, nonprofit, and community-based organizations to address social determinants of health and improve access to care in an effort to reduce maternal mortality. Her work focused on strengthening program delivery, cross-sector coordination, and community-informed interventions. Her earlier experience also includes roles spanning education and community-based program management.

Emauri holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations Management from Clark Atlanta University.
