Christi Smith
Christi joined HPN in August 2025 as Director of Innovation and Partnerships. She brings deep experience from Enterprise Community Partners, where she led national and Colorado-based initiatives advancing housing production and preservation, climate resilience, and innovation in affordable housing finance, construction, and resident support.
Christi holds a BA from the University of Colorado Boulder and serves on several boards dedicated to affordable housing and equitable community development.
