About One Roof Community Housing

One Roof Community Housing is a Duluth-based nonprofit dedicated to building and sustaining affordable homes and healthy neighborhoods across the Northland of Minnesota. Our mission is to provide a dynamic spectrum of housing development and services so that everyone in our community has the opportunity to attain safe and stable homes.

Founded in 2012 through the merger of Northern Communities Land Trust and Neighborhood Housing Services, One Roof brings to the community a combined 65 years of experience in providing housing services and programs. We offer affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, home buyer education & counseling, home renovation lending & down payment assistance, resources and support for positive tenant-landlord relations, and a tool lending library. We work to make it as easy as possible for people in Duluth and the surrounding communities to rent, purchase, renovate, maintain, and keep a home as long as they like.
