Intend Indiana is a mission-driven nonprofit advancing collaborative community development through equitable financing and housing solutions. With a vision for every person to thrive in their community, Intend Indiana delivers innovative programs that foster economic growth, expand affordable housing, and revitalize neighborhoods statewide through four initiatives:

-Build Fund (CDFI) empowers small businesses in underserved areas with access to capital and technical assistance, fueling job creation and local investment.

-Edge Fund (CDFI) provides flexible, equitable financing for affordable housing, supporting homebuyers and nonprofit partners to strengthen communities.

-Affordable HomeMatters opens doors to homeownership, offering resources and support for families to build wealth and stability.

-Renew Landbank partners with local governments and organizations to return vacant and abandoned properties to productive use, driving sustainable redevelopment.
