About Us

LINC Housing Corporation builds, owns, and operates homes for families, seniors and people with special needs throughout California. Founded in 1984 by the Southern California Association of Governments, LINC has helped create more than 7,500 affordable homes in 65 communities through collaborations with local governments and financial institutions. LINC use a wide variety of financing tools to create and preserve housing that is affordable, environmentally sustainable, and a catalyst for community improvement. LINC is recognized nationally as a leader in affordable housing development as well as in green retrofits of multifamily housing.
