About Us

MidPen Housing Corp. is one of the largest developers and owners of affordable housing in the San Francisco and Monterey Bay regions with real estate assets worth over $900 million. Since 1970, MidPen has developed or rehabilitated over 7,400 affordable homes across ten Northern California counties. MidPen Property Management Corp. professionally manages 88 communities with a total of 6,397 units. MidPen Residents Services Corp. leads the affordable housing industry in delivering onsite programs, education and services through four dynamic programs and in conjunction with a network of over 300 service provider partners. Onsite programs include after school tutoring, computer education, summer youth programs, vocational training, financial literacy classes, fitness and wellness programs and referrals to community resources. In over 40 years, MidPen has received nearly 100 national and local awards for quality and design excellence.
