About Us
Bellwether Housing provides excellent, affordable apartments that enable low-wage working people, their families, and low income seniors to live independently throughout their lives.
Bellwether began in 1980 with a mission to provide affordable apartments for low-income employees in downtown Seattle. It now manages 29 buildings with 1,855 apartments, from Rainier Valley to Northgate; and provides safe, stable homes for 3,000 residents.
