Peer Exchange among Leaders in the Field
A cornerstone of the Network is its commitment to peer exchange and practitioner-focused learning. The value of this peer exchange is immense for all members and is a direct reflection of the time and investment that members make in the Network.
Twice a year, the Housing Partnership Network convenes face-to-face membership meetings where experienced practitioners share new ideas and explore opportunities for collaborative action. Hosted by member organizations from around the country, these are roundtable working sessions for CEOs and senior management. The Network also hosts various meetings of smaller groups that are focused on specific topics and/or business lines.
These unique forums give leaders renewed energy and fresh perspective and ideas to position their organizations for growth and change. The team-like experience, which is founded on mutual trust and honesty, fosters unique learning among peers in the industry.
