Since 1971, the Housing Development Corporation (HDC) has been providing housing and related services for low and moderate-income households in the south central Pennsylvania region. HDC and its affiliates develop and manage affordable housing, offer construction services, and administer a weatherization program. HDC has developed more than 2,600 affordable rental homes for seniors and families, currently manages 2,300 apartments, and has provided weatherization services to more than 8,000 households.
