Created in 1988, the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership helps finance affordable housing and economic development projects by community development corporations as part of targeted neighborhood revitalization efforts. In addition, INHP provides homeownership counseling and subordinate financing to create and encourage homeownership in the central city.
