South Shore Housing Development Corporation is a regional housing service and development agency. Founded in 1970, South Shore Housing currently owns and manages 403 units at sixteen properties in Plymouth and Bristol Counties, Massachusetts. It also administers more than 2,500 units of Section 8 vouchers and certificates and runs a variety of housing search and service programs. South Shore Housing has been a housing manager since 1980. Its portfolio includes three elderly, six family, and twelve special needs sites and eight condos for supportive housing.
