Community Action Project of Tulsa County operates a range of affordable housing and service programs designed to assist low-income individuals and families in economic need to achieve self-sufficiency. CAPTC provides first-time homebuyer services, downpayment assistance, and financial literacy counseling. CAPTC promotes neighborhood revitalization efforts through development of affordable housing and resident leadership, targeting specific neighborhoods with the goal of making a visible difference and building stronger communities. CAPTC also operates early childhood education centers in low-income and/or distressed neighborhoods.
