The Affordable Housing Partnership and the Capital Affordable Housing Funding Corporation provide mortgage loans to low-income home buyers and to affordable housing projects that cannot secure conventional financing throughout Albany, Saratoga, Schenectady and Renesselaer Counties. The Partnership’s loan portfolio reflects its commitment to serve families of the lowest incomes and to promote home ownership in low-income neighborhoods. As a result of the Partnership’s willingness to lend, low-income families are building wealth through home ownership and low-income neighborhoods are becoming more stable.
