Since 1979, Century has financed more than 12,000 units of affordable housing, both rental and single-family, in and around the Los Angeles area. It has helped finance more than 200 multifamily developments in Southern California, and it continues to develop both program and project-specific financing solutions for its borrowers. Century works as a partner with for-profit and nonprofit developers and sponsors.
