Since 1989, the San Antonio Housing Trust Foundation, Inc. has been funding affordable housing developments from the interest income of the San Antonio Housing Trust. SAHTF also manages an Affordable Parade of Homes, issues mortgage bond debt, provides homeownership counseling, and administers inner city residential tax increment finance zones.
