Established in 1970, Community Services of Arizona, Inc. (CSA) assists economically disadvantaged residents of Arizona to achieve self-sufficiency by developing and managing programs that aid low-income families, children and senior citizens. CSA is one of Arizona's largest developers of workforce housing, having developed or preserved over 3,600 units of high quality rental housing at 47 locations throughout the State. CSA also operates a full service affordable housing management company, several senior centers and Community Action Programs (CAPs), resident service activities, and emergency home repairs for low income homeowners. CSA is also a HUD-certified housing counseling organization, offering homeownership education and downpayment and closing cost assistance to first time homebuyers, and is the administrator of the City of Peoria Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs.
