HAC is a comprehensive affordable housing agency which provides a variety of programs and services targeted to helping the poor in the three county Cape Cod and Islands service area. Major programs include individual and family shelters, rental subsides, home repairs, housing development, counseling, housing placement and homeless prevention services.
