The Housing Partnership Network creates funds and lending products that are tailored to the strong performance and capital requirements of our members. Member organizations-both developers and lenders-have nurtured very strong banking relationships and are often regarded by financial institutions as their premier nonprofit customers. Yet these entrepreneurial and growing organizations have specialized needs for predevelopment and acquisition capital, and often face liquidity challenges when their production and lending volume outstrips available sources.

The Network enables these top rated nonprofits to directly access the private financial markets through pooled structures that combine scale and superior underwriting performance. We custom design and operate social enterprises that more effectively leverage and deploy investments from our financial, philanthropic, and public partners.
