Peer Exchange

Facilitating Learning and Collaborative Action

Twice a year, the Housing Partnership Network convenes membership meetings where experienced practitioners share new ideas and explore opportunities for collaborative action. Hosted by member organizations from around the country, these are roundtable working sessions for CEOs and senior management.

These unique forums give leaders renewed energy and fresh perspective and ideas to position their organizations for growth and change. The team-like experience, which is founded on mutual trust and honesty, and the open format, foster peer learning.

In addition to these semiannual conferences, the Network organizes focused discussions among program directors and senior managers to exchange best practices and develop performance standards and benchmarks. Recent sessions have focused on strategies to organize and optimize their housing development functions, to fund and manage resident services in rental housing communities, and to improve housing counseling programs.
