Peer Exchange

Facilitating Learning and Collaborative Action

A cornerstone of the Network is its commitment to peer exchange and practitioner-focused learning. The value of this peer exchange is immense for all members and is a direct reflection of the time and investment that members make in the network.

Member Meetings

Twice a year, the Housing Partnership Network convenes membership meetings where experienced practitioners share new ideas and explore opportunities for collaborative action. Hosted by member organizations from around the country, these are roundtable working sessions for CEOs and senior management.

These unique forums give leaders renewed energy and fresh perspective and ideas to position their organizations for growth and change. The team-like experience, which is founded on mutual trust and honesty, and the open format, foster peer learning.

Social Enterprises and Program Initiatives

The network's businesses and program initiatives are developed in partnership with members and are often governed and/or owned by members. These lines of business create opportunity for in-depth learning and exchange among members, especially in areas of new and emerging practice, such as neighborhood stabilization, enterprise lending, or retrofitting and sustainable development. The Network fosters this continuous learning by facilitating in-person meetings, web exchanges, and use of business networking platform among members.
