Created in 2010 to leverage the collective buying power of the Network’s members, Housing Partnership DIRECT negotiates significant discounts on building and maintenance materials from national vendors. The company also promotes more efficient procurement and property operations systems and the use of green technologies and products.
Housing Partnership DIRECT currently has purchasing agreements and discounts of 15-20% with HD Supply, Sherwin-Williams, Multi-Family Solutions by Floor Expo and other national vendors. Through a relationship with CCA Global Partners, we offer highly discounted bulk purchases on flooring, lighting and cabinetry for development and rehabilitation projects. Beyond savings for construction and operations, DIRECT Marketplace offers low pricing from business service providers such as FedEx, Staples, Sprint PCS and ADP.
