Sue Perkins manages the finance, accounting, asset management, and technology functions for Mid-Peninsula (Mid-Pen) Housing Coalition's corporate and property entities. She joined Mid-Pen in 2007 with an extensive financial management background in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Much of Ms. Perkins' for-profit career was spent in vendor financing and she was the controller for Cisco Systems Capital Corporation during its initial business development stages. Her non-profit work has focused on the primary services of healthcare, for both humans and animals, food distribution, and housing. Sue has a Masters of Business Administration from San Jose State University and a Bachelor's in Economics from Smith College.
